Newstead 
Abbey

Experience the romance and mystery of Newstead Abbey, once home to the notorious poet, Lord Byron. A beautiful historic house set in a glorious landscape of gardens and parkland within the heart of Nottinghamshire.

Rufford Abbey and Park

The best-preserved remains of a Cistercian abbey west cloister range in England, dating mainly from around 1170. Incorporated into part of a 17th century and later mansion, set in Rufford Country Park.

Clumber
Park

Clumber Park was once the country estate of the Dukes of Newcastle. Clumber is a beautiful expanse of parkland, heath and woods covering more than 3,800 acres.

Papplewick Pumping Station

This is Britain's finest Victorian Water Works and the only one in the Midlands to be preserved as a complete working water pumping station. Papplewick Pumping Station was built between 1882 - 1884 to supplement the water supply for the growing city of Nottingham.

City of Nottingham

The city of rebels and legends and now one of the most vibrant centres for media, music  and the arts in the UK. There's lots to do and loads to see
